Responsibilities:
Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and
equipment dispensed by the surgical department, always following established
infection control practices.
Must be conscientious with regard to procedures and capable of working under
pressure.
Must be able to interact professionally with other departments within the hospital.
Must have ability to accept new ideas and learn position duties.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 year central sterilization experience
CRCST Certification or obtain within one year
Attention to detail required.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Drug Free Workplace - Drug Test Required
