Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Highly motivated individual to lead and direct the nutritional services department to a fine
dining experience for our patients, staff, and the community.
Responsible for formulating a department budget while maintaining efficient and effective
department operations.
Develops efficient processes in the kitchen
Maintains the highest levels of patient safety and develops a culture of patient safety.
Endeavors to score in the 95
th
percentile in patient satisfaction scores.
Develops staff to achieve their highest potential
shows creativity in catering and events
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School graduate; BS degree preferred
Registered with the ARRT; state of WY certification.
Management experience in Hospitals or restaurants with a minimum of 3 to 5 years
Excellent oral/written communication, analytical, critical thinking.
Excellent presentation, effective problem-solving, and computer skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Will have serve safe certification or get it within one year
