Quality Assurance Analyst

Tort Experts is seeking a motivated, diligent and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the quality of our intake contracts and ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Review Intake Contracts:
Conduct thorough and meticulous reviews of incoming intake contracts to assess their quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Compliance Assessment:
Verify that intake contracts adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including contract terms, clauses, and obligations.
Error Identification:
Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies within intake contracts, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of any issues.
As well as be responsible for returns on contracts and ensure returns are valid.
Quality Assurance Standards:
Evaluate the overall quality and formatting of intake contracts, maintaining consistency and adherence to established company guidelines.
Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the intake contract review process.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, highlighting trends, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as legal, sales, and operations, to ensure clear communication and alignment on contract quality standards and requirements.
Training and Guidance:
Provide guidance and training to relevant stakeholders on contract quality standards, best practices, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management and quality assurance.
Ad-hoc Projects:
Support other quality assurance initiatives and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

years of experience in quality assurance, contract management, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of contract terms, legal language, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in contract review methodologies and quality control processes.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using contract management software and other relevant tools.
Certification in contract management or quality assurance is a plus.
